Dr. Stefani is from the local area, having graduated from Marian Catholic High School. She did her undergraduate studies at Loyola University. She received honors recognition in obtaining her major in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience. Dr. Stefani completed her Dental Degree from the University of Illinois – College of Dentistry. She is tri-lingual with fluency in English, Spanish and Serbian. When not in the office, Dr. Stefani enjoys traveling, hiking, music and dance. She is eager to start her career at Jagmin Dental Clinic and looking forward to meeting our wonderful patients!

Dr. Stefani’s philosophy of practice is to offer her patients the best comprehensive dental care available and to provide dental care with the least discomfort to the patient – the type of care both her and her staff would want for themselves and their families.

Dr. Gary Jagmin graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry with his brother Dr. Larry Jagmin in 1977.  Upon graduation, both he and his brother opened their first dental office in Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Dr. Gary lectured in Periodontics and Histology to the dental hygiene students in the Prairie State College Dental Hygiene program. He was also a clinical supervising dentist there for nine years. During Marian High School’s Career Days, he speaks to the students about careers in the dental field. Besides being a member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Gary is also a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, Northwestern Indiana Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is certified in soft tissue laser, graduated from the United States Dental Institute with over 500 hours in orthodontic training and has received extensive training in the placement of mini dental implants for denture stabilization.  Dr. Gary has been awarded “Top Dentist” every year since 2012, as featured in the Chicago Tribune; this award is nominated by and voted on by his peers in the Chicago area, and he is the only dentist recognized in the Dyer, Indiana area.
